How EverPrep
was Born

EVERPREP began when our founder made a life changing decision. A busy lifestyle and poor diet led to being overweight, inactive, and in declining health. With a family to support, a new commitment to a healthier diet and lifestyle was required. But it didn't take long to realize just how difficult it is is to eat well. Fast Food and Quick Service Restaurants offer little in the way of truly healthy options. The meal prep companies feel like they want you to sign your life away. And meal prepping at home is time intensive, offers little variety, and often results in too much waste.

But sticking to your dietary goals only works if you stay one step ahead. If you're hungry before you've decided what you're eating, it's too late. Having your meals prepped and a healthy snack within reach prepares you to the beat all of the unexpected twists and turns of a regular day.
